About Me

Hi, I’m Daniela — a coach who supports people in seasons of uncertainty, transition, and quiet self-doubt. You might not talk about it openly, but something in you knows: this isn’t working anymore. Something needs to shift.

Maybe it’s your career. Maybe it’s how you’re showing up in your relationships. Maybe you’ve just been running on autopilot for a while — and now, you’re not sure where to begin.

If you’re someone who’s used to holding it all together, supporting others, and moving through life with a heavy mental load — I get it. You’re not alone here.

Work with Me

How I Got Here

A few years ago, my husband and I decided to move abroad. At the time, I was working in healthcare operations at a fast-growing startup — a path I came to after starting my career as a nurse. Over five years, I wore a lot of hats, built new roles and teams from scratch, and eventually stepped into senior management, leading a team of 70+ people.

On paper, it was a dream job: fully remote, great salary, a boss who believed in me. But something felt off. I was burned out, bored, and quietly questioning my future and what I really wanted. I was afraid to throw away a good thing — but I couldn’t shake the sense that this role just wasn’t right for me anymore.

So I started working with a coach.

For the first time in a long time, I had space to actually listen to myself — to ask deeper questions about the life I was building, what felt misaligned, and what freedom could look like. I didn’t have a clear plan, but I started to imagine something different. I felt seen, curious, and more like myself.

Working with that coach reminded me of something I’d quietly felt for years — that maybe coaching was something I was meant to do. The idea had been a whisper in the background for a long time, and now I could hear it again. Louder and clearer. Like something I couldn’t keep pushing aside.

A few weeks later, even with my manager’s full support, HR let me know I couldn’t keep my role from overseas. I had to resign.
It was hard — and also, in a strange way, it felt like permission. Like the decision I’d been quietly avoiding had been made for me.

Two months later, after settling into our new life abroad, I enrolled in coach training. And from the very first week, something clicked. Coaching brought together everything I loved about listening, guiding, and supporting people. Supporting others in their growth felt not just exciting — it felt like what I was meant to do.

What I Believe

I believe clarity already lives within us.

We usually know what we need — or at least feel the pull. But fear, old patterns, and outside pressure can cloud that knowing.

When those thoughts have space to breathe — with someone who isn’t rushing to fix or solve — the fog starts to lift.

That’s where coaching comes in.
It’s not about giving advice. It’s about partnering with someone who helps you hear your own voice again.

And when you do? That clarity has a power all its own. Because when change is internally motivated — when it feels right — it becomes the kind that actually sticks.

These are the values I return to in every session:

  • Presence over pressure
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about slowing down long enough to hear what’s already there.
  • Curiosity without judgment
We explore what’s true for you — with compassion, not criticism. The goal isn’t to push past discomfort, but to learn from it.
  • Sustainable change > short-term wins
I’m not here for the “quick fix.” I’m here for lasting change rooted in your own clarity and courage.
  • Growth is not linear — and that’s okay
There’s no perfect pace. We’ll move through insight, stuckness, joy, and doubt — together.
  • You’re more capable than you think
Even if you’re not sure what you want or feel stuck in self-doubt — that doesn’t mean you don’t have the answer. I believe you hold the clarity already. Coaching just helps create the conditions where you can find it again.

Who I Work With

The people who tend to find their way to me are thoughtful, capable, and often in some kind of in-between place. A transition — not always a big, dramatic one. But something feels off. Something’s shifting.

They’ve started to question the way things are. Maybe what used to feel right… doesn’t anymore.

A job, a path, a role they’ve outgrown.
A version of themselves they’re no longer sure fits.

They’re feeling stuck. Pulled in too many directions. Tired of overthinking and second-guessing.

You might be:

  • Considering a big decision — like going back to school, moving, or starting something new — and feeling scared to get it wrong
  • Grappling with self-doubt, people-pleasing, or the pressure to meet others’ expectations
  • Wanting to feel less overwhelmed, more grounded and whole
  • Reconnecting with your sense of self after years of focusing on work, caregiving, or just getting through the day
  • Trying to feel more confident, speak up more clearly, or set better boundaries — but not sure where to begin
  • Longing for more self-trust, more clarity, and a little more ease

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out alone either.
