What coaching is (and isn’t)
You don’t need to have all the answers to begin.
Coaching isn’t about having a perfect plan or a crystal-clear vision of the future. In fact, many of my clients start here because they don’t know what they want — they just know something feels off, something needs to shift. They’re unsure of the next step, or afraid of making the wrong move. They’re tired of the “shoulds,” the noise, the pressure to figure it all out alone.
That’s where coaching comes in.
Not to give advice or to tell you what to do.
But to help you slow down enough to hear yourself clearly again.
As your coach, I’m a thinking partner — not an expert on your life, but someone who’s trained to ask the kinds of questions that help you get to the root of things. Together, we explore what’s keeping you stuck, what really matters to you, and what’s getting in the way of moving forward.
Clarity often unfolds as we go. And once it does, the path ahead tends to feel a whole lot lighter.

How we’ll work together
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes long and client-led — you bring the topic. Maybe it’s a decision you’re turning over, a change you’re navigating, or just some tangled, confusing thoughts about a situation. Together, we’ll explore what you bring and see what’s underneath it.
Coaching often looks like:
- Slowing down to make sense of thoughts that feel loud or unclear
- Exploring inner tension — like the gap between what you want and what you think you should want
- Naming emotions that are getting in the way of clarity
- Identifying small next steps that feel practical and self-directed
Some people prefer weekly sessions for momentum; others choose biweekly to give more space between conversations. Every client is different — which means we’ll co-create a pace and rhythm that works for you.
For coaching to really be effective, I recommend meeting at least twice a month so we can keep building on the insights that emerge.
